This hotel is a great value for the money. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony. Additionally, the location is fantastic, as it is close to the city center and just a short walk away from the main attractions.
That some areas could use a bit more cleaning.

Rooms renovated, balcony overlooks messy building and neighbors. Mediocre room, clean with perfect location near metro. Gentle breakfast server, easy self-check-in/out. Comfy bed and pillows, fairly good location. Noticeable smell.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the metro station, making it convenient for travelers to explore the city easily. it is relatively close to the center, allowing guests to have easy access to attractions and amenities. However, it should be noted that the area around the hotel is unfortunately very dirty, which can be off-putting for some.
One negative aspect of the hotel is that the building itself is in a bad condition, which can affect the overall experience of the guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with my room being cleaned regularly. The hotel facilities were also good, with a really nice bathroom and a functioning air conditioning system. The location was very convenient, as it was only a five-minute walk to the metro station and just one stop away from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady serving breakfast.
Could not be improved in any way.

The host is responsive, cheap room with great AC, safe with multiple locks, balcony for outdoor space, simple and straightforward hotel.
